1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Prestige Source ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users, including talent, clients, and visitors.

2. Membership & Subscriptions

Prestige Source offers tiered membership plans: Scout, Pro, and Elite. Each tier provides different levels of access to opportunities, features, and services.

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected
• All fees are non-refundable except within the 14-day money-back guarantee period
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• Access to tier-specific features ends when your subscription expires

3. Lead Vault & Opportunities

All opportunities ("leads") in the Lead Vault have been vetted for legitimacy. However, Prestige Source:

• Does not guarantee placement or booking for any opportunity
• Is not responsible for client decisions or hiring outcomes
• Reserves the right to remove leads that no longer meet our standards
• Does not guarantee minimum budgets or payment from clients

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information in your profile or applications
• Share, sell, or distribute lead information to non-members
• Harass, spam, or inappropriately contact clients or other users
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to circumvent Platform fees or escrow protections

5. Escrow Services

For Elite members, escrow protection services are available. When escrow is used, funds are held securely until work is completed to satisfaction. Disputes are handled through our resolution process. A 3% escrow fee applies to all protected transactions.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your profile content, portfolio, and media. By uploading content, you grant Prestige Source a license to display it on the Platform. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute Platform content, lead information, or proprietary data.

7. Limitation of Liability

Prestige Source is a marketplace connecting talent with opportunities. We are not responsible for disputes between talent and clients, non-payment issues outside escrow, quality of work performed, or any damages arising from use of the Platform. Our total liability is limited to the subscription fees you have paid.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or damage the Platform's reputation. You may delete your account at any time, but no refunds will be provided for unused subscription periods.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users.
